Grades of cedar

Vertical grain means that the growth rings are parallel to each other on the face of the board and the wood is sawn specifically to achieve that look. To ensure that the cedar you specify meets the appropriate grade , be certain to specify WRCLA member production. Grade is determined by the type. Board grades as many pieces have a finish appearance on one side, the reverse side showing larger or more numerous characteristics.
