Vents on side of house

Another question about attic venting. Besides two gable vents on either side of our attic, and the soffit vents , I see two pipes sticking out on the roof. Are these also meant for attic ventilation?

I am assuming the two covered vents are for the adjoining two bathrooms on the first floor.
