Hi, I wanted to add that you need a vented airspace between the concrete and the fiberglass insulation. This is to release condensation and moisture wicking through the concrete, and to prevent wicking of any condensation, from the concrete surface, into the fiberglass. My hallway was a little dark so I bought a 100w equivalent cfl and noticed the insulation when installing. The identical fixture down the hall has a thin sheet of fiber glass sandwiched between foil that looks much safer.
