Relay: asher by attaching one of the female connectors supplie to the unused end of the red fuse holder wire. The most common misconception is I can wire my turn signals and brake lamps together at the light housing and it will be fine. Connecting and Running Wire to the Turn Signal Switch and Indicator Lights.

Connect the Red Wire on LED Turn Signal Light with the included Red Wire. Leave ample length and run the Red Wire from LED Turn Signal Light to the Turn Signal Switch located on the Dash. Zip Tie the red wire tight to the frame so.

Test the turn after the wires are tapped. If the turn signal still hyper flashes, take the wires out and tap it to another wire and try again. IF you want to run front turn signals , splice into the left and right turn outputs of your switch and wire forward to turn signals before you connect to the converter.

You may or may not have to put in a diode after your splice to prevent back feeding from the converter. I made two wiring diagrams for turn signal , brake, and hazard lights using both the turn signals lights and brake lights as the hazard lights. Close the top of the connector and lock into place.

Repeat on the second set of wire leads. A resistive wire wrapped around a smaller piece of spring steel The thermal flasher When you push the turn - signal stalk down, the thermal flasher connects to the turn - signal bulbs by way of the turn - signal switch. A wire runs from the flasher relay to the turn signal switch and another from the brake light switch to the turn signal switch. With the signals off, the brake power goes straight thru the switch to the bulb.

When a signal is actuated the power for that bulb comes from the flasher relay. If you look in the wiring going to the right you will find an Orange wire with a Light Blue stripe. You will also see a Brown wire which is the taillight wire. The Dux Deluxe Signal kit includes (clockwise from top) instructions, a wiring harness with sheave and flasher unit, 105-decibel horn, column-mounted signal switch with horn button, six amber LED lights, LED turn -indicator light, tie-wraps, brake-light switch and connectors, and a license-plate bracket with light.

I took a quick look at the wiring diagram I have, and it would take something like poles to recreate the switch (just for the turn signals ), and probably more when you start to do the logic. Wiring Hot Rod Turn Signals - Diagram. Roadkill Customs has become the de facto resource for low budget, back yard builders and do-it-yourself hot rodders.

A connection from the park light switch to the controller multiplexes the park and turn signals in the same way brake and rear turn signals function.
