Spackle ceiling

A standard spackle is made of a type of plaster derived from hydrated calcium sulfate that bonds well to cement boards and drywall ceiling. Spackle can be bought in different sizes and weights at hardware stores, either as a premixed solution or in powder form. A suspended drywall ceiling needs to be finished.
